Poor support despite having a business… Poor & No support despite having a business subscription. Support was good initially. Very quick and responsive. After getting the funding round and attention was put into Glide Pages, NO response at all when support ticket is raised. Updated on 16 May 2023 There's absolute no feedback nor response when we raise support tickets. Community is fantastic but there's a limit on what they can do since the Glide Team is not responding at all.

Absolutely loving Glide Absolutely loving Glide, and excited about new (and undiscovered) ways it will enable me to scale my business. I’m a long-time Airtable builder and enthusiast for creating customised no-code apps to drive efficiency & performance. Glide is a breath of fresh air in this exciting arena - it’s a powerhouse under the hood but gorgeously easy to use. Combine it with new and emerging AI tech and the opportunities are very exciting. Power, Beauty & Magic really do sum it up. This is the future of app building IMO!

It's works like magic. The best no-code tool It's loading superfast. Looks good on any device. Everything works perfectly (no errors, reloaded etc.) And it gives me so much joy to build with Glide. I'm just a happy human. I remember how Glide used to be 3 years ago and you made so much progress in that time... Love the experience. Btw. Integration with OpenAI is so well-designed... I'm pretty sure there is also automated embedding generation in the backend and integrated similarity search... Amazing job!

Glide hits the sweet spot for me Glide hits the sweet spot for me. I use Airtable as my data source and need a flexible app on top of it that doesn't require coding skills. Glide offers so many options but makes it easy to create. Their documentation and community are phenomenal as well, so if I ever get stuck, there are very quick responses to my queries.

I’d give 0 stars if that was an option I’d give 0 stars if that was an option. The app can’t do basic stuff as promised and the customer support is the absolute worst of worst, it’s been 2 months since I sent my concern and they still haven’t fixed the basics. I highly recommend you don’t waste your money on this crap company
