GBStarbucks Dorking Starbucks Dorking. Sticky uncleaned tables and chairs. Had to walk about finding a clean table amongst the empty tables while the staff watched. Anyone else noticed theres not baristas anymore. It's auto machines.

GBExpensive horrible drinks Went to Starbucks and spent over £17 on three iced drinks! Fair enough that I chose to spend the extortionate amount of money on three drinks, but two of them were so disgusting that we couldn’t drink them. The coffee was bitter and the flavouring was insipid. My husband took them back and asked for a refund. They said they couldn’t give us a refund and we were given two random coffees as a replacement. I did not think this was acceptable.

GBCan't live without it Coffee... How much sense in this word for me. I take around 3 cups daily and sometimes I may even come over the Starbucks joint all the 3 times, hahaha. Fortunately, there are no troubles finding this spot, as well as the personnel always welcomes warmly. Such affable attitude makes me come here over and over again, because I know that I'm supplied with tasty coffee whether it's a classical americano or espresso, whatever. Beans quality is always on the top.

GBFilthy and unkept Popped into Deal Starbucks yesterday. The coffee was ok, however the seating was filthy and the tables hadn’t been wiped over probably from the day before. The assistant making the coffee was complaining quite loudly to a colleague that she felt sick and stood rubbing her stomach. The toilets also left a lot to be desired, quite clearly hadn’t been checked all day and no toilet paper available either. This is a shop I have used in the past but going forward will avoid and will use the competition opposite.
