GBI love the froth of the coffee and how… I love the froth of the coffee and how hot my coffee is. The vibration is strong and moved across my table. However after I adjusted the placement it was fine. I highly recommend this product. I feel like a barista now.

GBCoffee units.com a scam? I purchased a blender on coffee units.com using a credit card on March 22nd 2024. the next day I checked my account and there was a charge on my credit card for $1,000 for GoFundMe. I called and was told an organization called the donor fund attempted to charge my credit card $16,000. I canceled my credit card and As of this writing coffee units.com did not charge my credit card and has not attempted to contact me even though they have all my contact info. I will update.

GBTake the money & run Placed online order for Cafelat Robot & Filters on Jan 19. Received email confirmation on Jan 20 the order was processed with 3-7 days shipping. Shipment never received & all communication fell on deaf ears (2x voicemail messages & online chat - which has since been conveniently removed). Initiated charge dispute with American Express & was credited as they investigate. Sad outcome because the online communication, for a week prior via online chat, was great - quick responses & could even pick up the item at their store. I took the bait…

GBBeware of Coffee Units Scam!!! I have documented evidence of fraud on the part of Coffee Units, a scam B2C entity using Hostinger web services to host their website. I made an online purchase with this entity. They did not provide me an invoice or order number after multiple requests. I have yet to receive any further communication from coffee units and upon investigation with my credit union, I found that my transaction with my credit card company was directed to Wakanda Bar and Grill in Arlington, Texas. This is a scam operation, and I have all the evidence and documentation necessary to prove it. I would like my post on Trustpilot to be publicly posted to prevent further fraud against fellow consumers.

GBCustomer Service Is NONRESPONSIVE The website stated 3-7 day delivery. There was no tracking information to determine where the order was. After no product was received after on the seventh day I tried to call the phone number, got voicemail and left a message but got no reply. I replied to the email generated with the order, got no reply. I tried chatting using the message feature on the website, got no reply (Ironically, the message feature states "We reply immediately" but they don't reply AT ALL). Don't do business with these people, you cannot depend on them.
