I can almost predict to the hour when my order will arrive LOL Your website is very well-thought-out, and a complete no-brainer to navigate through, making things exceptionally simple and quick for your customers. Even during this COVID period, you have managed to deliver on time, every time, which is more than I can say for every other vendor that we use. I commend you all for a great job and just want you to know that it is very much appreciated, as everything else I ordered either for my wife’s Salon or even for myself ends up being an absolute toss-up as to when it will arrive… or If, as I have had a few orders waiting for weeks, only to find out later, they will not be sent! Shopping has been very easy on this… Shopping has been very easy on this site. Selection is great and prices are competitive on many items. Customer service was prompt and resolved my issue immediately when one of my purchases came with a broken part. I have been very happy thus far. As a small business owner I do wish shipping was a little cheaper.
