Solid product and great Customer Service Solid product for milk based espresso drinks. Had an issue with one of the baskets and they were quick to replace it after confirming a few things. Highly recommend getting a second basket to be able to pull a double shot more easily.

Service is 5 stars… After receiving the product i quickly realized Outin product was not for me, and i started the return process, the return process took several emails back and fourth, with some frustration, but eventually the high quality, friendly, quick replies and professional service of Carina helped me complete my return process. Good Service Experience In fact, I haven't gotten around to using outin's stuff yet. That's because I didn't get it due to a problem with the shipping company. But after contacting them about the shipping issue, and seeing their response and follow-up, I could tell that they cared about the customer's inconvenience and were very professional. Highly recommended!

Great product and great customer… Great product and great customer service. The taste of the coffee is amazing. I didn't expect so good espresso. Tried both methods with ground coffee and capsules. For travelling capsules are more convenient for me.
