Great Customer Service I have been dealing with a customer support agent,Carina, regarding a battery problem with a Nano which must have been made on a Friday. She and her team have been really great at sorting out my problems. I have yet to test the new Nano in the rough but stand by. The wilds of Wales next month!

espresso only shot only Makes a great espresso shots only does not hold enough water for coffee or cold coffee and it was one of the reason why I got this but I jumped the gun Not worth the money
