I spoke with customer service e initially to ask some questions and the person I spoke with very nice and helpful. The ordering process was simple and was contacted by the shipping company ahead of delivery to make arrangements. The delivery driver was amazing from Dayton freight. Lastly the product itself is high quality, easy to put together, and looks great.

GBOrder delivered to wrong customer over 1000 miles away. Driver arrived and said they had the wrong item and left. Some other customer across the country called saying they received our order this was a $600 book cart. Never received book cart. Contacted company and still awaiting response and resolution.
