The owner Paul, sent me specific brewing methods and recipes for my aeropress and has taught me about roasting methods, how long my coffee will last for optimum flavor, and more. Their cold brew is one of my new faves, and I’ve gotten great ideas of how to make specialty drinks with that, too!

My go-to then was great espresso, and we bonded over love of the bean. I quickly realized his coffee knowledge far exceeded mine, and the pourovers he brewed from his own roasting efforts blew my socks off. His generosity of spirit and passion for sharing knowledge & great coffee experiences is truly admirable. And a lot of fun! I’m a longtime coffee lover, and I’ve been a customer of Trinity CBC ever since he started bagging & selling his roasts to a small group of fellow enthusiasts. Memorable 😭 Back when I visited LA, my friend always wanted me to try the roasted coffee in Trinity CBC, and their coffee is reaaaaally STRONG! And it’s a good strong and I am soo obsessed. I always ask them to send me some of it here in the PH.
