more than a week and still no tracking number of order. It has now been over a week since purchasing the product and I have not received a tracking number for my order. I spent a lot of money on the product and am getting a bit nervous about whether this was the right choice. I emailed the support line and was told there was given a fairly vague answer as to what was happening.

I did receive a phone call but only after I inquired via their chat feature (which no one responded to online). I Hope to be able to comment on the product eventually.

Bideli is fantastic and money well spent I am very happy with my Bideli roaster. I bought a 3 kilo roaster and it is more impressive in person than i expected. Customer service was exellent and just wonderful people. I have never used a coffee roaster before and by my 4th roast i was on to a solid and smooth roast profile. The machince is very simple to use and will allow you to be bring out your skills with consistant results. I look foward to starting a business with this roaster and getting more Bideli roasters. Great roaster and great Customer Service! This roaster took a little getting used to as I'd been using a Nesco Professional, which was pretty much setting a timer and letting it do its thing. I like that this roaster gives you more control over your roast. I ruined 2 roasts, but my 3rd was beautiful!! It's a great bargain, in my opinion! Shipping from Coffee Roast Co was fast and the roaster was well packed. I even received a call personally from Coffee Roast Co to make sure my roaster arrived safely and was working properly. I highly recommend this roaster and Coffee Roast Co! Great product, fast shipping and great customer service.

Great Experience!! Wonderful services, the product was delivered really fast, even quicker than the minimum they said in the website and without any issues. The product was perfectly packed so it arrived in perfect conditions, and they also added some replacement parts, which is cool. The customer service was also great.
