Easy to navigate through the website Easy to navigate through the website. Fast and efficient. Wish there were other cheaper shipping options. Happy with the products I've purchased. Once in a while I come across what appears to be a rodent hair within the "Classic Blend Herbal tea 5oz. with sage" but that could be me not knowing what I'm looking at too. Maybe it's one of the grassy substances of the tea itself that just looks that way? I don't know but it does get me wondering. Not sure what the quality control is like within the facility. Great Company to deal with… I have ordered from Sir Jason Winters many times over the years. They have always sent the products quickly and in good condition. I highly recommend this company. Their products are excellent and have helped to keep this 72 year old in good condition.

Frustrating and very disappointing company This is to share our experience to all that this Sir Jason Winters Tea Company is very very poor in service. We ordered Tea items worth 503 plus a priority mail cost of $53.97 it was dated 4/18/24 and did not received it till now. We tried to follow up on the said items but all the staffs that we speak with are all not helpful and don’t know what they’re doing. They left us hanging not knowing what happened to the products that we have ordered. Frustrating and disappointing!!!!!!!!!
