When I immediately requested an adjustment to be made to include your 10% discount, no one returned my call or answered my inquiry. What's most annoying isn't the discount but lack of customer service. I love all of your coffee and will continue to be a loyal customer but hope that you place customer service high on your list.

We ordered both full city and medium… We ordered both full city and medium roast Kona for our first order. Still experimenting with grind settings, but so far we agree with the full city roast recommendation. It has a nice clean taste with no bitterness. Kona has been a favorite since our visit to Maui. We’ve spent a small fortune over the past 2 years trying different coffees from different vendors to find our favorite. Hawaiian Queen Kona Full City just might be it!!
