Ordered herring May 17, 2020, got nothing. Ordered 6 packs of pickled herring May 17, 2020, my bank paid them May 18, as of today, June 12 2020 haven't received anything.

Bought a bottle of Kvass back in… Ordered a bottle of Kvass back in August, and it never came. Called the store a month later and they told me they'll take a look, and here I am in November still haven't got my Kvass. Definitely not going to recommended this store.

I never received my order I've made… I never received my order I've made several attempts of contacting you via email phone call and I've never received my order 200 plus dollar order never got it never got a confirmation nothing very disappointed

LuxDeli lacked common courtesy to communicate I placed an order with LuxDeli in November, 2020. It was paid through PayPal, and immediately confirmed by LuxDeli. After 2 weeks, I did not receive anything, emailed them, and decided to wait an extra week before calling them. Still did not hear anything from them. I called and left messages, re-emailed, and still did not hear anything from them. Finally, I disputed the payment through PayPal, and, as they did not receive a reply by their dispute deadline, PayPal refunded my payment. LuxDeli did not display the common courtesy to communicate, resulting in inefficiencies all around.
