GBLots of trouble entering my account Lots of trouble entering my account. Time between placing an order and just having it mailed is very long. I have received pints that were melted. Refrozen the ice cream has no texture. Online pricing is absurdly above the retail margin. I like your product a great deal. I very much want this market to expand. Most of my friends cannot stomach Wink Ice Cream. For some reason I love it. Getting is a hassle though because so few stores carry it.

GBWho knew? Perfect for a sore throat! Love this company-- great product; great service-- and they plant hundreds of thousands of trees! My favorite is Lemon Cake, with just right amount of tangy sweetness. New discovery is that if you have a cold, Wink is soothing for your throat without increasing congestion like traditional ice cream does.

GBdisappointing change I used to love these low carb ice creams, but the last deliveries have been very disappointing. They don't include the dry ice packs and upon arriving home late at night my package is awaiting for me, but melted. Any kind of ice cream when thawed reduces in height and the consistency changes, well... that's exactly what has happened, all I have now are icys half container each. I did reach out to their customer service and they resend my order, but unfortunately was the same. I would expect any frozen item when shipped include dry ice packs, but they dont anymore. I held my suscription, hoping they'll correct their S&H.

GBWink is honestly fantastic Wink is honestly fantastic! I’m allergic to gluten, processed cane sugars and dairy so before I found this I hadn’t had a treat in six years! It’s so good, and actually tastes like ice cream—not overly ice-ish but actually creamy (especially if you let it thaw till it’s just a lil bit melty!) it’s easy to fit into any macros if you’re training and is just all around my new favorite thing!

GBI have ordered another twelve-pack assortment of ice cream I have ordered, and received, two shipments of your product, and have enjoyed them. However, after having done business with you for several months, I have been willing to tolerate the slow deliveries for a chance to enjoy your ice cream products, until.... You seem to have adopted a policy of "no PO Box numbers" in spite of my having done business with you repeatedly. If it is that much trouble for you, perhaps I should just cancel my current order of a 12-pack assortment.
