They were delicious, so over time I started sharing them as Christmas or birthday gifts. I now buy them on-line by the case, as I like to gift them, but I also love them myself! I once ordered 2 cases, but only one arrived. Upon receiving my call, the agent simply informed me that a replacement case would be shipped ASAP. No interrogation nor hassle. Shipping for orders containing chocolates or Sherbet Mints may be delayed" with every item put in my cart when apparently that is not true as my order was processed and shipped within 24-48. And the fact it's Dec with temps of 30-40 degrees here in VA. I decided to ignore the prompt and place my order anyway and I'm glad I did or I would be wicked late in getting my gifts out to my clients.

Delicious Chocolate - Excellent Customer Service! Not just being delicious chocolate candy, the customer service was excellent! We wanted Lammes in our wedding guest's gift bags for our daughter's Austin wedding and Lauren in customer service was great! She was very knowledgeable, excellent to work with, accommodating in my request and then even held my order and shipped the delicious chocolate Longhorns with perfect arrival to they would be fresh for the wedding!
