GBEasy to order, good service. Logistics provider could do better Great selection and easy to order off this site & they ship fast. The challenge I have is with their logistics service provider (DPD). They struggle to get the delivery address right and provide poor follow-up information when they can't deliver. They ask for a reference number which can ONLY be obtained from the failed delivery note: a little pointless when you're shipping from abroad.

GBI Will Be Back Initially, I was cautious. I had no experience with this company but needed to find a special floral gift, to be delivered to Germany from Me in America. I found a beautiful bouquet and a nice bottle of wine. The payment process was seamless, my bank confirmed with me before making the payment. I received text messages from the company to update shipment and delivery. The gift recipient was very happy and I believe, impressed. I will be sending more gifts and using Gifts for Europe (from Me in America) 😊
