GBTerrible Terrible , they put my address in wrong then refused to change it ! Even though they are the ones who didn’t enter it correctly. The representatives are no help they just lie and say you’ll get a call back that you never get. I would give this company -000000

GBHave been loving it so far Have been loving it so far. Only thing I hated is when I tried to buy loose leaf tea and coffee it wouldn’t let me . I’m guessing only things that can be retrieved if necessary lol 😂 But so far it’s been amazing, we have gotten something’s we have had on a want list but now have them ❤️

GBWhat I love about the Katapult company… What I love about the Katapult company or app is the convenient and easy way it was able to set up and navigate. Also, the customer service representatives were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable of everything about the app! Love it!

GBCharged double the amount asked to borrow. Customer service is good however, when deciding to purchase a laptop for $800 I was given a price tag agreement with a fee of $931 to use the service...... making my total over double what I was buying...... when I asked customer service I was told that I only pay that if I pay the $800 off in 3 months. The reason I'm using this service is because I can't do that..... going back to other options (Klarna, Afterpay, etc.).
