He diligently worked on around the world first class tickets for me, meeting all of my requests, and actually was able to book at an even lower fare than originally stated.

Stephanie did not book me my Brisbane… Stephanie did not book me my Brisbane to London flight with Singapore Airlines, but booked my return from London to Brisbane. She then blocked my emails so I had to book with another airline to use my return flight. I referred the Company to the Attorney General in New York. Business First answered them, saying that they do not refund tickets, I did not have the ticket I paid for, they said the money would be used for future travel? They do not reply to me, so how can I do that? I am still waiting after numerous emails and phone calls.
