GBI was helped by Stephanie I was helped by Stephanie. To be honest, there wasn't one aspect that was not perfect. She even helped me pick out specific types of baskets for a diabetic and large attorney office. My order was 14(13 of the same and one different). She got me a $20 discount on an $89.99 basket. We must have exchanged a dozen emails and phone calls. They are currently being delivered, I think I am waiting on the last three noticed of delivery. Come Christmas, there will be at least six more I will need. A wonderful and smooth experience and process. Thank you.

GBOrdered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in… Ordered a $200 gift basket 2 weeks in advance to be delivered to a business. Paid the extra fee to have it delivered on a specific day for the event. Basket did not arrive and came a day late. Requested a refund from Gift Tree only for the shipping cost and the extra fee charged to have it delivered on a specific date. Thought that was reasonable of me only asking for my shipping to be refunded and not the entire order. They denied my refund saying that the delivery was only for an "estimated date". Will not use this company again due to failure to perform as advertised.

GBGift never arrives or is of lesser value This is the second time in a row that my gift was "lost" when shipped from North Carolina vis FedEx. Also, when the gift DOES actually arrive, its not as nice as what was pictured. I have been a loyal customer for several years but this is ridiculous. The CEO must not care if the company goes out of business, as many others have similar complaints.

GBQuick turnaround, but confirm engraving asks I like the selection and quick turnaround. The engraving request needs improvement because it mixes up the 2nd and 3rd letters; so double check that in your order. Then the email route for assistance kept giving me an error message that it did not send. I gave up trying to submit an email, only to receive a response that my ask to adjust the engraving request was received and processed. I assume that it was because the recipient received the gift and was very appreciative.
