GBI placed my order Monday of last week I placed my order Monday of last week. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. 1 week later I’m still waiting for the package and the shipping label still says awaiting shipment. I reached out to you by email on Thursday 8/4/2022. Still no message and no package. Customer service is the worst, I’m messaged by the automatic message asking for a review, before customer service contacts me.

GBItem was delivered and box slightly… Item was delivered and box slightly damaged. Items (nails) spilled out a bit but I believe all 200 nails were in there, did not count to check. Otherwise, delivery was quick compared to other items I've ordered in the past and price seemed fair compared to others online. Overall pleased.

GBWe recently did not receive our… We recently did not receive our complete order of paint; one box was damaged during shipment and was returned to Capital Surveying Supplies. I spoke with Jose Romo and he politely and quickly got our missing box of paint reshipped to us. It arrived without issue. He explained that it was his job to make sure our issue was resolved and that he was happy to do so. Great customer service!!
