Saved the Day! I went searching for a grocery delivery place because I was feeling very sick this morning. I had no energy to get dressed and run downstairs to the Duane Reade next to my building. I checked delivery.com for grocery stores and a few other websites but no one offered the selection that newyorkgrocery offers. I found medication and some food and it was delivered very promptly. I was also very happy to see different payment options than a credit card - COD and Paypal. They also called me within minutes of placing my order letting me know one item was out of stock but they were able to replace it with another product of the same quality. I will definitely use newyorkgrocery again!

Good selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card. My onsite staff received the kegs on time without any issues. Overall great experience i would definitely use this again.

Pleasant experience Super fast responses on the online chat, they ran out of some items so called to tell me what substitutes they would provide ( very polite and helpful Indian gentleman who gave fabulous n quick service ) . This is a great option to fresh direct - quicker n good prices too

They won't read/comply with the special instructions or write a note I bought a bunch of items to be delivered to a friend (inside joke) I tipped over $18 because I included specific instructions that it was a gift and if they could write a one sentence note, I would appreciate it. In their online instructions it says they will attach a note. They did not and I am upset I tipped so much before this was done.
