They went above and beyond. I ordered tulips to be delivered asap as a surprise. While the web site said they were in stock, I soon received a phone call stating that they were out of tulips. Although communication was very challenging due to background noise, I left it to the merchant to be creative - but to include some roses. Then the delivery person ran into issues when the recipient was unexpectedly not home. I received another immediate call, and not only did the delivery person find a decent hiding spot, but they sent me photos of the spot to be sure I thought it would work. It did, and, in the end, the gorgeous arrangement was picked up and on the table.

Good selection, excellent customer support and quick turnaround I ordered a few kegs of beer for our clients in NYC the entire ordering process was smooth. I had a payment issue for which I reached out to customer support. The support seems a bit slow but very helpful. They took sometime but came up with a workaround for my international credit card.
