The bottles The bottles arrived damaged on the coldest day of the year in NJ. They must’ve frozen in transit and the corks popped halfway out. I submitted pictures to the merchant and the organic wine store dealt with the situation, obviously the fault of UPS, responsibly and quickly. Thank you organic wine store.

I did not receive my order in time for… I did not receive my order in time for Christmas. Although disappointed the company reached out and explained that there was a jam-up with shipping due to the holiday. Merchandise was tracked and as promised delivered on December 27 th. Outstanding service!!! I live overseas and ordered some wine for my family in NY to enjoy during their holiday celebration.
