Awesome, but a little feedback The wine platform is excellent, though I think the filters could be improved — more collapsibility, similar to have wine.com allows you to filter by region, grape, vintage, etc. Also, knowing the full order must be fulfilled to ‘keep’ the bottles would be helpful. Whiskey, I wish there was some selection process in the American range. You just add money and a barrel is purchased. Maybe diversity in selection is not there yet (or that doesn’t suit your purchasing process) but I would love the ability to invest in Rye vs Corn, or different mash bills. Ultimately, happy to be able to invest in wine & spirits. The app is intuitive, easy to navigate, and concise. My comments above are very much driven by preference. Thank you!

Do not invest with Vinovest EDIT: Swift onboarding, bad experience afterwards. Pulled my money away three weeks after my investment due to lack of transparency and bad customer support. Have not received my money refund yet, so we will se how that process goes. My advice: don't invest with Vinovest if you don't personally know someone who has invested and exited happily, and who can vouch for this company.

The worst customer support All managed wine in my account was selected by Vinovest. The value of this wine was significantly below the value posted by Vinovest on my statements. I tried to sell the wine on their account (sold most of it at a significant loss). Although I've asked Vinovest to forward all cash in my account to me, they failed to do so. When I complained (via email), the value of my account went to zero (and showed no activity to bring it to zero) and no funds have been remitted to me. I've sent several emails to customer support and senior executives but have not received any responses or acknowledgements to any communication.

Passively investing in wine interests… Passively investing in wine interests me greatly. I am not very knowledgeable about wine and which wines to buy. Vinovest has allowed me to build a small portfolio of wines. I will say that the fees do add up, especially if your portfolio is below a certain amount. For someone with a longer investing horizon having and buying wines into a portfolio is a good way to protect capital and grow it.

Vinovest is scam Vinovest is scam. When you ask to close your account, you have to liquidate your assets but after 2 months of my wine not selling, will I ever see my money? I put in enough to buy a case with some leftover and without consultation or auto invest set up they bought another case of wine with my money. Also, I haven’t made any money but lost money so I would like to get out before I lose more money but you can’t get your money back.
