GBRequested 4 wine bottles be sent from… Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from my account to a friend in Los Angeles on October 25. As of Friday November 18 (3.5 weeks later), 2 of the bottles were delivered on November 18, the other 2 have not even shipped yet. Don’t understand why it takes almost a month to ship 4 bottles from my account. Terrible experience, made me look bad to good friends that were expecting the bottles but did not receive them until 3 weeks later. Terrible, simply terrible…

GBI am not sure what happened to this… I am not sure what happened to this company, but there is a DISTINCT change in the customer service. I have sent probably 100 cases of wine over the years to be sold on the site and never have had any issues with getting accurate reports in a timely manner. And if there was an issue, it was a quick call that got my question answered. Now, NO ONE answers the phone!! The reports are late and give little information. I am actually being a little generous giving 2 stars.

GBGroup Event Our group event required Vinfolio to ship to 30 different locations with short notice and they did a great job of getting it right. All boxes were delivered on time and in good shape.

FRTerrible - stay away Terrible. Despite buying over USD 50K of wine through Vinfolio, cannot get a proper recap of the bottles I own and stored at Vinfolio, nor a recap of the orders I placed over the years. As if they were stolen... Emails are not being returned, forget phone calls. Some older Krug vintages (80's) bought through Vinfolio turned out to be bad, probably weren't transported right, or bought from unreliable sources. Complete disaster. Stay away.
