He also gives us opportunities to try new wines and champagnes. If there is ever a problem, they stand behind the sale and take steps necessary to fix the issue. We've been buying great wines from Vinfolio for over a decade.

What I don't like is that you have some wines in the list that you really don't have, I've been Asking for Fontalloro since February, This July you still have it in the list and I had to cancel it because you don't have it! I also would like a specific shipment method, its difficult to ship a purchase instead of sending it to VInfolios Cellar!

Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from… Requested 4 wine bottles be sent from my account to a friend in Los Angeles on October 25. As of Friday November 18 (3.5 weeks later), 2 of the bottles were delivered on November 18, the other 2 have not even shipped yet. Don’t understand why it takes almost a month to ship 4 bottles from my account. Terrible experience, made me look bad to good friends that were expecting the bottles but did not receive them until 3 weeks later. Terrible, simply terrible…
