Great customer service, easy opt in and out I had a fantastic experience with NakedWines for the 2 years we were members. If there was ever a shipping issue, their customer service was always exceptional. We are in our mid 30's and enjoy wine but aren't the most sophisticated of wine consumers. We tried a lot of wines and enjoyed almost all of them. Our friends thought the same. Cost was reasonable, and the only reason we canceled was because we recently chose to stop drinking. I was especially impressed with how easy the online cancelation was, and they refunded our balance immediately. Can't think of an easier company to work with, totally recommend them.

Geat wine club We initially became aware of NakedWines when, interestingly enough, we purchased a barbeque grill. There was a voucher inside and we decided to give it a try. We've been "Angels" for about two years and couldn't be more pleased. Our orders always arive within three days, some one day after placing our order. We haven't had one bottle that wasn't pleasing and many have been exceptional. Emails often offer very interesting information. Do this!
