GBLiquid Web: Tech Support Rockstars Tech Support Rockstars. When webforms sent via the WPmail feature on my host server weren't getting to their Gmail destination because of Google's new DKIM policies, a hero named Ryan went to work. In addition to his own expertise, he tapped that of his team and together they went above and beyond to solve the problem with patience and professionalism. Thank you Ryan and team!

GBWhile the support request was low… While the support request was low priority and a simple thing, it took days and was handed through several technicians before it was resolved. Once resolved, it was done so satisfactorily. The passing of the ticket through the various people got a bit concerning until someone chimed in and agreed to take it on.

AUJostal from the technical customer… Jostal from the technical customer support team was excellent. He was able to fix my issue quickly and professionally as well as another issue I did not know we had. I commend him for his excellent support.

GBFrom Hero to ZERO Liquid Web has been more than unprofessional and is a rip-off scheme at this point. Let me quantify this statement by saying that I have been a loyal customer of LW for the better part of 10 years, and I always seek their guidance to make upgrades and give them more business. However, their quality of service has greatly declined over the last couple of years, and I can no longer ignore it. I have faced days of outages, hacks, and being manipulated into faulty upgrades even when I'm specific with my requirements—all while paying a premium to them. I have recently switched from LW paying $1500+ a month for constant downtime and outages, only for LW to tell me they have no idea what the problem is, to a new hosting platform paying $64.99 a month. We have had zero downtime in months. On top of zero downtime compared to LW's constant, almost daily outages, upon migrating websites to this $64.99 hosting platform, my loading speeds were nearly cut in half. So to summarize, for $64.99 a month, I have gotten a functional hosting platform for 80 websites that have had zero downtime and also cut my loading times in half compared to paying $1500+ a month for LiquidWeb lies to me, abuses my trust, takes my money, provides a sub-par hosting service with constant outages, provides little to no support, I have to threaten escalations to get a response, longer loadings times, and now threats because I've caught on to their game. I'm leaving them for a better option. It's a shame what was once an excellent hosting service has turned into such a dumpster fire. I should have stopped making excuses for them a long time ago and stopped accepting mediocrity, but hindsight is 20/20. If you're looking for a good-quality hosting service that will have your back, I recommend you go ANYWHERE but to LiquidWeb or Nexcess, their other company, which is also a rip-off. $200 for two websites. Insane. Not even WPEngine is that expensive, and at least WPEngine works.
