I didn't read the choices carefully and when I received my boxes, I was a bit upset, because it didn't include what I thought I read. I contacted customer services, and they explained the package deal, but was extremely nice and made sure that I was a satisfied and happy with my order! I would definitely order again.! i like the ease of ordering a 12-bottle… i like the ease of ordering a 12-bottle bundle for one low price that beats buying 12 individual bottles. And it's fun awaiting the surprise of what bottles will arrive in the box. All the wine I've purchased has been good and delicious. I appreciate the free shipping on the 12-bottle bundles.

Shortly after placing my order I realized the unit # was missing and I also wanted to delay the shipment after finding out they had such quick shipping. Morgan updated the unit shipping # and offered a custom gift note to apply to my order. I did this and she was also able to delay shipping to ensure my gift order arrived as close to the gift date as possible.
