Wish they allowed in store shopping! Flask is always very accommodating and always happy to order anything they don't have in stock. However, it is very disappointing not to be able to go in to the store and browse their inventory???

Thanks to CS Manager Kimberly It was my second purchase but I could not pass the fraud screening system because of my credit card was not issued inside U.S.. So I paid cash to buy some whisky. Hard to find brands found here. I was searching for a particular brand of gin, usually only available in the UK. Flask was the only place that carried it and they shipped my gift to a very happy recipient! Great selections and great service!!

Can't use gift cards in the store Can't use gift cards in the store. Ordered online but three items were out of stock even though the website said they were in stock. Had to re-order 3 times since another order was mistakenly canceled by your staff. Overall process cumbersome and took a lot longer than expected from a routine online order.
