GBGreat customer service response I accidentally purchased 6 bottles of wine as opposed to the 1 I wanted to complete my locker (I absolutely love the locker feature!) and I was refunded for the 5. I was so appreciative of this gesture!! The only thing I wasn’t thrilled about was the tax amount wasn’t refunded but I was so happy to receive the refund for the 5 bottles, I wasn’t going to say anything!

GBHave wine in cart which I can’t seem to… Have wine in cart which I can’t seem to purchase. Brought problem to website administrator’s attention on a couple of occasions. Customer service is web only; no phone number to call for assistance a BIG flaw. Shame as they have some pretty good deals. I’ll just have to take my business to WTSO or Big Hammer then….

GBI like that Wine Spies has a locker… I like that Wine Spies has a locker system that lets a customer accumulate 12 bottles of wine before shipping. Many of the selections made it easy to get to 12 bottles in a relatively short period of time.

GBThe best way to buy wine Really fun way to explore, learn about, and try new and known wines from regions around the world. The locker option is executed perfectly. My only complaint, other than being slower than other operatives at times, is that I’m running out of cellar space.
