GBPackaging is terrible. Arrived damaged. Packaging is terrible for this delicate B&W Matrix S2 diaphragm. It should have been packed in its own stiff protective internal box before putting in the shipping box. The parcel by FedEx arrived damaged and the aluminum diaphragm has a lot of BAD wrinkles along the circumference. I may have to return it again. I have received a total of 5 diaphragms all received damaged due to POOR PACKAGING. Hopeless. No matter where you ordered all shipped from the same address. Very frustrating. I am wondering if B&W knew the problem.

GBSmooth Fix The site had sufficient information that I could be confident the part I ordered was the right part for the air handler. Since I was ordering for a business, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a follow up call from a friendly representative to check in on my first order. The part arrived when promised and now our customer has heat again!
