GBGreat Customer Service, Expensive Services OCCAMS has great customer service, they're communicative, flexible and helpful. They are also expensive and not fully forthcoming. The cost was less than some, and more than others, at something like 15% of billed charges. The reality is that with the amount of work I had to do so they could submit brought the value they provided was about half of what we paid. What I mean by "not fully forthcoming" is that they told me that the ERC's we got weren't taxable, which is technically true be effectually not at all true. We discovered after spending the money on critical business operations, that we owed 25%-30% of what we were paid to the IRS and state. If they had been upfront, we still would have done the ERC process with them, and we would put 30% aside for taxes rather than having to use reserve funds
