Advice I suggested they stop grinding the tea. It's not a coffee bean and the taste was impaired greatly. As a tea drinker from England, I suggested not grinding because tea leaves have to infuse and tea dust cannot infuse. They also weren't happy to refund me. The shipping cost was as much as the tea which was disappointing.

This store is a favorite. I have enjoyed my purchases from this store immensely. I made a mistake with my mailing address and was contacted personally to be sure my purchase information was correct. I received a discount with email, and I loved everything I bought as usual. The food products are outstanding. The tea serving pieces are beautiful. I will order again soon.

Unique teas to try! I ordered some sample packs of teas I had never tried and that were unique to the English Tea Store. This was great to be able to try something completely new! Service was excellent and prices were very reasonable.
