You're not alone, super customer & host service It was my bad for reaching support too lately and trying to face all issues all by myself. In fact, this kind of hosting (the wp host by Easywp) clearly, doesn't work without a properly setup SSL. They replied super fast, are very engaged and easy to communicate with. Happy Long Term Namecheap Customer I've been a customer of Namecheap for just over 15 years (2009) and have used their "Stellar Plus" package to host numerous sites over the years. I also register all my domains with them. During this time I have had very few problems with my sites and when there has been a problem it has always been of my own making. When it has been necessary to contact Namecheap support using live chat or support tickets they have always responded in a friendly manner and extremely quickly. Their staff are always helpful, polite and professional. I recently set up a new site using their EasyWp Turbo package and compared to the usual CPanel based hosting it is, as the name may suggest, very easy to setup and manage. I have no hesitation in recommending Namecheap to anyone looking for a hosting service or to register a domain name.

Support is great. Service could use work. Support is great. Oleksander is a great agent! The service is good... but I'd like the ability to use my own caching plugins instead of the default. Sites can run a little more slowly than I'd like - even when optimized. I'd like the managed Wordpress solution for "power users" (marketed as EasyWP Turbo) to compete with Kinsta.
