Got a very rude man who actually hung up on me all because I said he was speaking at same time as me. Called back to sort this payment problem out. I cancelled DD because I was confused when their sight said to pay now so I paid with my bankcard immediately. I cancelled DD cause I wasn't paying twice. Anyways to cut a long story short I have never been spoken too so rudely. Manners cost nothing . Poor business practice.
