I love the frozen camels milk I love the frozen camels milk, it is delicious and makes the best lattes because it froths up better than any or her milk or milk alternative. The company does a good job of communication as well. My digestion seems better after about 2 months of using desert farms!

Truly awful customer service Truly awful customer service! I ordered over £250's worth of camel milk over a month ago which I haven't received but also have had no communication on, they don't answer the phone numbers given, they don't answer emails & they have this far totally ignored my request for a refund. Awful company - go elsewhere.

Experience has been the worst I’ve ever… Experience has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Was supposed to get my subscription order almost 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Been reaching out to the customer service through text and emails, there has been absolutely NO response from anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Will be canceling subscription services for its undependability and nonexistent costumer service.

Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier… Payment were taken 3-4 weeks earlier and I had to email you twice requesting some shipment information and updates. I thought the shipment was lost, misplaced or was overlooked. Finally, Desert Farms got back to me and informed me about their circumstance and the shipment details. All was good at the end.
