GBcustomer Service Satisfaction Michelle is such a wonderful personel at Desert Farms!!! From day one, I was given very valuable informations about Camel milk and other Desert Farm products. She has been a very good advocate fir me with the shipping drpartment for my shipment delay and has given me the reassurances of my upcoming shipment. She is prompt to respond and has been very patient with me… I am an elderly senior and English is not my first language, but Michelle makes that I understand. I am very impressed with her great customer service!

GBExperience has been the worst I’ve ever… Experience has been the worst I’ve ever seen. Was supposed to get my subscription order almost 4 weeks ago and still no sign of it. Been reaching out to the customer service through text and emails, there has been absolutely NO response from anyone. Absolutely terrible service. Will be canceling subscription services for its undependability and nonexistent costumer service.

GBI love camel milk I've ordered from this company many times and I've been satisfied with each delivery. when things occur out of their control like late delivery and the product spoils, they immediately fix the issue. All you have to do is show proof through taking a picture and they will send over the product frozen. The milk taste good and makes me feel good.

GBUK site is an actual scam UK site is a scam - you'll see below responses from them suggesting that they are separate entities... Same owner is for both US & UK - you can check Desert Farms Ltd companies house, the truth is there & connect the dots.
