I had an order that wasn’t my order… I had an order that wasn’t my order sent by mistake and Karen fixed it immediately, sending me my order promptly. Great customer service and items are shipped out on their shipping days and received in a day! Great veggies and fruits. Definitely a repeat customer here.

My order arrived very fast My order arrived very fast! They even sent me an email stating it would be arriving later than expected but it was not late to me. The fruit arrived with ice packs which kept them cold until I got home. The fruits are delicious! I would order from Vega Produce again. 10/10 experience, I hope the packaging is different with larger orders. I was concerned about fruit getting smashed because the top of the box is only secured by the padding from the package.

Delivery Quality Issues Product and Delivery Issues: - The avocado fruit was totally mashed and mushy - The bitter melon is yellowish instead of a fresh green color - The Chinese squash was mashed and broken into pieces - The ice packs had turned into 'warm water' Recommendations: - Provide better packaging and don't skimp on the ice packs - Ensure proper handling and prompt delivery
