While support has been seldom needed, the few times support was needed, it has been prompt and professional. Absolutely no regrets. (Oh, and nobody paid me to compose and submit this review. I pay WebHost for their very worthwhile hosting service!)

GHGreat team who are ready to assist in… Great team who are ready to assist in every way they can to make sure your site works perfectly right from onboarding to running of your site. My only issue is in the event of emergency where you need urgent response, you sometimes might not get in time probably due to difference in time zones.

Their online/email support was prompt, usually less then an hour. Their prices are reasonable and we can easily scale the site for our client if needed.

GBSwitching to Winhost was a good decision I was forced to find a new provider when my my former provider stopped caring about its customers. I switched to Winhost a couple of months ago and so far I've been very pleased with both the service and support. There are a few things I find inconvenient or annoying, but nothing bad enough to make me regret my decision.
