I have been very happy with Lively I have been very happy with Lively. The site is easy to use and navigate, but their customer service is unmatched. I've had to call several times and each time didn't sit on hold and the first person I talked to resolved my issue or question. In fact I've now had to sign up for two new HSA bank plans with employers since setting up my Lively account, and I refuse to move funds out of my Lively account. It's my primary one and I transfer funds there.

Easy & Scalable After quite a bit of research, I decided to roll my HSA to Lively for a few reasons that did not disappoint. 1. Opportunity to have integration with Charles Schwab for future investing. 2. Easy to navigate their interface. (Desktop & Mobile) 3. Customer Service was super helpful with my initial questions to move funds to them.

Lively is a top notch provider I was a Lively customer for 4 years. I initially opened an HSA to rollover an employer sponsored HSA that charged me account fees after I switched employers. When the new company I joined started offering an HSA contribution, they contributed those funds directly to my Lively HSA. Now, after switching employers again, I'm making the tough decision to consolidate my accounts. Through the account closure process, Lively has been outstanding to work with. I have nothing but good things to say about the team. Other items of note: * Product is simple, but incredibly functional * Debit card / expense reporting is helpful * Ability to invest HSA dollars without additional fees is a game changer * Support team is super helpful 5/5 recommend

Great service!! The customer service representatives are knowledgeable and do everything possible to be sure questions are fully and correctly answered. That gives me so much confidence in the company. The website is easy to use and the request for reimbursement process is fast and efficient.
