THE WORST THE WORST. DO NOT ORDER. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered 4 dresses only received three. Two of the three were supposed to be the same - they were totally different in EVERY WAY. ALL three dresses were NOTHING like what was sold to me...Sizes WRONG, material TOTALLY WRONG, cuts COMPLETELY DIFFERENT - in one case there were fake buttons? Totally unwearable. When I contacted the customer service team they had me going in circles for 20 emails, no refund. So disappointing, out $140 and NOTHING was wearable.

WARNING! KISSGIRLY IS A SCAM SITE. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. During this COVID-19 pandemic, I saw this site selling face shield while searching PPE online. I immediately placed an order at the beginning of April. I have not received or heard anything from them after two weeks. I am also very surprised to find out from my credit card company that my order had a foreign transaction fee from, guess where, CYPRUS!! Do not touch Kissgirly.com site (looks like they changed name from kissdresses) for anything they advertise!

Horrible Quality and service. Horrible experience between getting my order and quality and sizing!!! I’m normally a size 6 I weigh 135 lbs and I’m 5’5 or woman’s med. so I ordered Med . I literally couldn’t get my head into the sweatshirt the outfit looked like it could fit a 12 year old girl... their sizes run very small. So it took quite some time to Get to me and I can only imagine how long it would take to get my money back. Not worth time. Money or effort.
