AUTerrible customer service & products I received an incredibly expensive yoga mat for Christmas that is insanely slippery. It is so slick to the point that it would be dangerous for me to actually attempt a practice using it. I emailed customer service asking if they had a protective coating or such that needed to be washed off. They offered no apology, no explanation, no solutions. Simply, maybe wash it and if you don't like it, return it. I feel awful for my mother in law who spent a great deal of money assuming this would be a great christmas gift for me and I can barely use it. For obvious reasons I cannot return it and Gaiam have been no help.

AUThe yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of… The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back. If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!

GBRotten customer service, would never purchase their products! Purchased a ball when I started to fill it with air it began leaking from a Hole caused when it was shrink wrapped and stored for packaging.here is a review I wish I had read before purchase. GBI bought 5 yoga straps from Gaiam...never again I bought 5 yoga straps from Gaiam. I received 5 yoga SOCKS. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone in customer service...I seriously think that there is no customer service. I tried calling, leaving a call back number, voicemail, email...NOTHING! This is unacceptable. Shop elsewhere.

GBPoor Quality/Poor Customer Service/Poor Company The quality of their items are subpar. I’ve submitted a request for an exchange because the wobble balls for my classroom were poor quality. One of them got a hole, which is supposed to be difficult to do and the other 3 are completely different in size. All I wanted was an exchange and they were uncooperative. Will never use this company again.
