After I read that I started thinking, What if I didn't like it or something was wrong with it. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order, twice by email and once by phone. I will refuse the order but they will not refund the shipping cost. No communication. Avoid the headaches and frustration Amazon is the way to go.

GBThis company has a bad product and they… This company has a bad product and they know it. Because of this, they don't supply return shipping for their tiny, short, unusable balance chairs. You basically have to just throw it out and chalk up the purchase to a bad internet experience.

AUThe yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of… The yoga bag I purchased on the 28th of July never arrived from gaiam.innovations.com.au. No confirmation email. Have contacted their facebook, sales email, and info email. No reply back. If this is not a scam I don't what this is. They took my money - but never send anything to me/ or even any email/ follow up. I will raise a consumer complaint. Shame on you!

GBI will never order from Gaiam again I will never order from Gaiam again! My order was cancelled 3 weeks after placing it. They have little to no options for women's clothing and are out of stock for most items. Try other brands like Lululemon, Manduka, and prAna.
