GBTim's Florist Massapequa, ny… so i posted a review of Tim's Florist in massapequa who did our wedding and the guy came in drunk and was tripping over and i posted the review on weddingwire.com where i met the guy and they were saying i can make accusations etc, the florist was asking telling them i didnt do business with them so i gave them copies of my invoices signed and dated from the florist but they still said i can't make accusations of him being drunk and tripping and dropping all the things during set up at my venue, when they weren't accusations they were true. They are very pro vendor and don't want to post the truth. terrible site for real reviews with real people!

GBThey could care less about their vendor… They could care less about their vendor relations, you can not get decent help, they do not uphold their end of commitments, and fail to provide renewal notice but then charge you anyway as a vendor. They are absolutely horrible and the quality of leads has been less than desired. A complete waste of advertising and marketing dollars.

GBAnother Trap in a Lucrative Industry I have been a WW vendor for over a decade with two different businesses in the wedding industry. Initially, when it was owned and run by Sonny Ganguly, customer service was wonderful and I gladly paid the 600 euro yearly fee for a premium page. Then Sonny moved on and the Knot took over. Vendor services now is non-existent, it is very hard to get answers to disputes and problems we face, but what is worse is that once you sign up, you no longer have control over your own business image unless you close the business and send them proof. You cannot eliminate YOUR OWN PAGE from their platform. I know, I know, we need to read the fine print. Kind of like Facebook and Instagram I guess .... I thought WW wrould be better ... As of today (at least for my business) I am getting spammed and scammed as fake vendors are setting up pages and tagging us in 'real' weddings. I wish I could get out of this horrible trap, but at least I can warn others here at Trust Pilot.

CAAwful practices I have had several years' worth of dealings with Wedding Wire. I paid for a year of advertising with them, and had over 100 inquiries that way. But only one booking. (my normal booking percentage is above 50%, so this is a testament to the low quality leads). Once you decide you will no longer pay, they think of every way they can hurt your business, including charging your card without your permission, silently changing user terms so that you are automatically renewed for another year of advertising without notifying you, and then charging 'overdue' fees if you change your credit card on file. It also seems that once you stop paying them, they will delist or blacklist you and remove even the regular (free) services available to other nonpaying vendors. Dealing with them is frustrating, and all the customer service staff are quick to blame you (the user) rather than politely inquiring about the issue. They also blatantly lied about their success (WW told me some really fantastic booking numbers that a local wedding vendor had had with them; I got in touch with said vendor, and they confirmed those numbers were a lie) It's just a terrible experience overall, and it's a shame that they are otherwise a useful service to folks looking for wedding vendors, who do not know how vendors are treated. I would never recommend them to any other wedding vendor.

GBShould be Illegal Their business practice should honestly be illegal. It's unethical at best, and infuriating to deal with. Their customer service/"account management" team keeps rotating account managers without notifying me, so I've had to deal with multiple people on multiple occasions. I haven't gotten a single quality lead from this platform. Every single one of them is unresponsive, and I have received several spam inquiries of people trying to fish and scam for information. TheKnot/WeddingPro/WeddingWire refuses to let me cancel or provide a refund. I will NEVER trust this company or hire them for ANY services EVER again.
