GBTerrible Service Terrible Service Items in basket were replaced by super cheap alternatives. This is a total SCAM.

GBAwful service I ordered their product with the promise that it would be delivered same day if ordered by a certain time. A time I confirmed I met. After paying them and expecting them to hold their end of the agreement I received a tracking information that stated it would be Delivered tomorrow. After multiple efforts to speak to a human, was prompted to leave voice-mail multiple times & never received a call back, I finally get to a line that's prompts me that I'm next In line to speak to a representative. I waiting an hour and a half before finally hanging up as no one ever came to the phone. I sent an email to a customer service representative I had spoken to prior named Naima who responded the next day not the day I contacted and their product was supposed to be delivered. Stating that it would be Delivered that day , the day after was promised, I requested a cancellation and a refund because at this point there was no point in their services. I was informed I could not recieve a refund nor cancel. I respond with the fact that they did not hold up their end of the deal and I deserved at least a partial refund given the serious inconvenience due to their false advertising. Her response was to not respond at all. No efforts made what so ever to feel as though they had an remorse for taking my money and basically throwing it away as the person it was intended for was no longer at that location. So someone there got a basket definitely not the person I paid to recieve it. Which is infuriating. So due to this horrible experience and honestly the most insane waste of money I would never ever recommend this company to anyone and will consider reporting them to the BBB for ignoring my attempts to find a solution to the inconvenience. Must say do appreciate the opportunity for the review and will make sure to post it on Google as well.

GBThe Entire Contents of my Order was Substituted I ordered expensive champagne and red wine with specialist cheese from the UK for the LA area, costing a few hundred dollars. It was delivered within a few short hours. However instead of the original items, the basket contained sparkling, a bottle of ordinary, flavoured cheese and full of crackers. When I wrote to them, they replied, " as per our substitution policy stipulated in our terms and conditions, at times substitutions may be necessary to fulfill orders in a timely manner, especially in the event that an order is time-sensitive and intended for a special occasion. Substitutions are actually quite common within the gifting and gift basket industry, as products are constantly changing on an ongoing basis after product details and photos have been published...In some rare instances, the entire contents of an order may be substituted.Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are not always able to contact customers ahead to advise them of substitutions. By placing an order you accepted our terms and conditions, and thus agreed that the order may consist of products that differ from the original product description. Furthermore, you agreed that you are not entitled to refunds or compensation under such circumstances, as per our refund policies: "NOT AS DESCRIBED & SUBSTITUTIONS - Where a package is 'not as described on our website' and/or we have substituted item(s) in a gift/gift basket that are in compliance with our 'substitution policy'.We appreciate your understanding." They banked money from me legally, but not in good faith.

ZABasket arrived with cheap alternatives… Basket arrived with cheap alternatives to what was described in the basket description. The package was also cable tied together, a very displeasing appearance. The only good thing was that it did arrive with same day delivery.

GBI ordered a gift basket for a patient I ordered a gift basket for a patient. I never received a confirmation for the order yet my credit card was charged. The basket was never delivered. I contacted the company and they kept reassuring me it was. They gave me a tracking # and said to contact tracking company - not their issue anymore. 2 days later still no basket. The tracking company said it would take a couple of days to research. Reviewed hospital surveillance cameras for the period of time it was supposed to be delivered showed nothing had been delivered in the stated time frame. It would seem to me this company should go after the tracking company on my behalf.
