Then, while there to get this fixed, I found a really pretty diamond ring that wasn't too expensive, and bought it. SAME THING happened! Luckily they had another one to replace it, but I'm afraid to wear either one now for fear another stone will fall out!!

Zales in Central Mall in Lawton Zales in Central Mall in Lawton, OK was amazing when Anna was the manager. Since she left, most experiences in the store were below average. I only went to get jewelry checked or repaired. Today was my 2nd experience with the new manager, Victoria, and it was simply wonderful. I went back to let her know what a huge difference she made just by talking to her during the brief encounters we had. She was professional, kind, caring, knowledgeable and simply a delight. My husband bought my ring and set up for delayed interest program and it was auto set up to take out of our account every month.
