GBDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered a bottle of wine to be shipped to Wheatly Heights, NY on 4/18/23 and it is 5/3/23 and it still hasn't been delivered. Customer Service doesn't help all they say is to contact the tracking company. I called OnTrac and they said it's at JFK and out for delivery. Seriously, I could of delivered the wine bottle myself and it would of gotten there sooner.

GBAvoid this company. Avoid this company. Bait and switch practices. You do not get the items you pay for. Received Kosher Wine Trio. Only received 2 bottles. The sender upgraded the wine and paid extra. Those wines were not received. They also paid extra for gourmet food. The items chosen were not received. Do not order from this company!!!!!! Deceitful shysters

SETotally exchanged! I’m sorry to say that they totally changed my order that I spent hours to choose for my newborn grandchild. They didn’t inform me at all about the change and also they didn’t sent the nice card with a personally greeting. 😢

GBHow do I give ZERO stars? How do I give ZERO stars?? Appalling product followed by appalling customer service. I ordered what I believed to be a very sleek looking snack and liquor basket for $99.99 and added extras to make it up to nearly $200. As an example of what was wrong - popped balloon (obviously the delivery persons fault but still an issue for NYC Baskets to resolve), the birthday card was missing, my additional 'tapas' item was a peanut brittle bar, salmon pate was substituted for salmon fillets received in damaged containers, pretzels from the original crate descriptions were not received, and the 4 English beers I ordered as extras' for my English husband working in the US (the gift was for his birthday while we were 3000 miles apart)' were not English, the closed he got was a bottle of Guinness. And that isn't even everything. I have raised a case with the FTC and would hope that something is done to stop companies like this duping people and taking their hard earned money and supplying an inferior product and service. Shame on them! I have still received no compensation. The only thing they are accepting responsibility for is the popped balloon... 6 months on and I am still fighting for a refund.

GBThis company is a scam This company is a scam. They didn’t deliver the order and their customer service replies with a giftgp.com address which is a scam company. They said I signed for the package (I didn’t), and delivered to my address as per the tracking link (there was no address listed on the tracking link). And the signature they sent me that was supposedly mine wasn’t even anywhere close to my name. Then they said that they’re completely void of responsibility and can’t issue refunds or redeliver because it’s the courier’s fault. They didn’t even contact the courier to investigate, just said I could call them if I wanted. Absolute scam.
