Paper burns in the wand, quickly filling the wand with gunk and stopping it from working after around the second attempt. They have a ten day from delivery return policy so have paid £60 for a faulty wand that doesn't work. They will not allow me to return it as we waited until Christmas to open it. Avoid buying as this is overpriced and does not work as advertised.

They sent an un-addressed package (confirmed to me by my postal service) which was immediately returned to them. They refuse to re-send or refund my purchase which was over $100. The "customer service" is useless, slow to reply and incredibly rude. They are downright mean and seem to enjoy the fact they've cheated you out of your money.
