GBAwful I ordered a dress for my brother's wedding. According to their size chart, I should fit their smallest size perfectly. I paid extra to have the dress sent faster, but it still took several weeks. Once it arrived, I tried it on and the bust was HUGE. NOTHING like the size chart, at all. It is completely ridiculous--there is so much extra fabric that there is literally a vertical flap sticking off my chest, and I am not even flat chested! I tried to leave a review on their website but they never actually posted it, which feels super sketchy. And, I have to pay a 25% restocking fee so I can't even get a full return. The quality of this dress was horrible and their customer service is nearly impossible to get a hold of. I will never order from here again.

GBPoor advice on sizing I contacted the Dessy Group to request advice on selecting the dress size for the style. Based on my measurements, the specialist recommended a size that is way too large for my chest, hips, and even the waist. I'm disappointed that I'll need to spend the additional costs to get the dress altered. Also disappointing is the cost of the dress, for what is essentially just a bunch of polyester.

GBPretty good They were pretty helpful in trying to find bridesmaids dresses. Could be a little more proactive. We wanted a specific color, but the girl helping us failed to tell us they style we wanted didn't come in that color until the end of the appointment.

GBTerrible I ordered a bridesmaid dress with no special sizing or instructions plenty of time before the wedding. It fit perfectly, but the style did not suit my body and I was told I looked "frumpy." So, I went online to return it and select a different Dessy dress. Dessy said my dress was a special order and could not be returned/refunded. I then looked at the bridesmaid dresses in my showroom, and all of them say "special order" in small print underneath! I feel scammed and am disappointed in their business ethics. I asked to return it anyway and received no reply. Avoid this place, they do not deserve your business.

GBI didn't get a shipping email notifying … I didn't get a shipping email notifying me that my dress had shipped. I was out of town and my $250 dress sat outside my house for probably 2 or 3 days. Thankfully it was not stolen but easily could have been. If I had known it was arriving I would have had someone stop by to take it inside. When you are paying this ridiculous amount for a dress you should AT LEAST expect communication on shipment and arrival date, but none of that occurred. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
