I did the electronic option, but in hindsight I would trust them with the physical mail-in method as well and get a few extra % back.

Very very slow.. communication could be better!! After waiting almost 2 months, they do indeed send you a check for your giftcard..but that is after a lot of emails and hassling. The communication with customers could be much better..

He has reached out to the buyer with no response and he has reached out to the quick cash mi people with no response.. I will never refer anyone to this place. Don't believe all the good reviews you see here. They hired people to create good things about them even though they knew they were terrible.
