GBI had an excellent experience with… I had an excellent experience with Yorkville's - I was quite worried given the reviews but the Easter gift I ordered for my daughter arrived on time, beautifully presented with the expected items. The driver left a nice message on her mobile to let her know it was at her mailroom. Very happy.

CAYorkvilles.com is a scam Yorkvilles.com is a scam. Spent a substantial amount on what was supposed to be a luxury gift basket for a corporate gift. I was appalled at the items received and embarrassed. The company hid behind their substitution policy (although when ordering on the site -- the basket showed as 'in stock'). Items received were completely different than advertised -- looked like junk I could find at my local Dollar Store. The 'Teak' cutting board delivered was cheap pine, and the oven safe crockery for brie was a chipped ceramic plate not even microwave safe. Customer Service was dismal - a zero would be an appropriate rating.

CAI wish I could give a 0 rating I wish I could give a 0 rating! This company didn't deliver an item I ordered (for a friend who was going through a difficult time). I had to contact THEM in order to find a new delivery time, which they said I would have to pay for (even though they never contacted the recipient to determine an appropriate delivery window, nor did they try to leave it with the super/office of the apartment complex WHICH THEY COULD HAVE DONE). They ultimately said the item (which was a potted evergreen tree) was perishable and therefore not refundable, even though a) on their website it says it will last FOR FORTY YEARS and b) they said in their initial email that it is fine to be delivered at a future date. NEVER order from these scammers. I went with an actual florist (after wasting 80 bucks with these jerks) and all went smoothly. They call themselves "Yorkville's" (and, btw it seems like "Hazelton's" and "Bloom" are the same company, as their websites are nearly identical) to make it seem like they're a small local business, but they're obviously a large-scale company based in Scarborough. I should have done a little more research. Lesson learned - always go with a small local florist. Better products, better customer service, and supporting local small business.

AUThey delivered rotten/wilted roses for… They delivered rotten/wilted roses for my 101 year old, WWII vet, father. They refused to accept responsibility and, even with photo proof are calling my father a liar - refusing to do the easy thing and simply replace the flowers.
