GBThe flowers that were delivered to my… The flowers that were delivered to my daughter was an awful representation of what I ordered. When I called customer service they were very helpful in getting me a credit back to my credit card and they are going to redeliver the bouquet again. Hopefully this one will be what I ordered. If not I will call them again. Alyssa at customer service was outstanding in helping me with the issue.

GBAll of my experiences with 1800flowers are wonderful! All of my experiences with 1800flowers are wonderful. Great prices, accurate and speedy shipping. I also purchase the Passport each year which saves a ton on shipping and handling. If there is ever an issue it gets fixed immediately. The florists all over the country that 1800flowers works with are fantastic and creative.

GBI sent customer service an email to… I sent customer service an email to request that they change my recipient's telephone number. They responded immediately and changed the telephone number for me. The recipient loved her flower arrangement. It made her birthday very special.

GBTerrible… ordered flowers on 4/22 for… Terrible… ordered flowers on 4/22 for delivery on 4/24. Received an email on 4/24 telling me flowers are being prepared… never arrived. Set up with customer service to redeliver 4/25… no delivery. Called and asked for a refund.. ridiculous … I wasted a lot of time chasing these flowers down and still never got them . Damn shame.

GBno flowers We waited all day for a delivery for our daughter's prom but the flowers never arrived. We offered to pick them up but 1800 would not give us the name of the local florist. We will never use them again.
