GBIf it's for a mother, get it from Gossby I got my mother a ornament from Gossby, sadly they didn't have a "like father like daughter" option to match one for my mom. So I came here. The quality of these is very poor when compared to the Gossby ones. My first ornament was very blurry, so they resent it with 30% off. The next one was still blurry but they zoomed out of the photo so it was just small and harder to see? Safe to say I'm just embarrassed to give it to my dad. Update: following my above review and another email to customer service I was offered to have my ornament on aluminum like Gossby does. The quality and the clearness was much better and I feel happy giving it to my father. I am just very sad it wasn't an option from the beginning. Hopefully they look at the 3 different ornaments and see the huge difference in quality that was sent to me. I'm only giving them 2 stars now due to the awesome customer service.

GBI have not received my order I have not received my order. It was a gift and I'm so disappointed. Could someone please let me know what's going on. The money was taken from my account but I haven't received a confirmation no. and I have a very disappointed Grandson. Can you please help me to resolve this or refund my money. Please.
