GBBought a dress for my son’s wedding Bought a dress for my son’s wedding, it didn’t fit and looked cheap. Tried to return it and I have nothing but trouble. First I had to send pictures proving it didn’t fit, then they said they would send fabric for an alteration. When I repeated I just want a refund they said they would make it again. This is still ongoing and so very frustrating! I would not ever purchase from this company again!

GBAwful Awful! I ordered a standard size flowergirl dress as it says you cannot return custom made dresses (for obvious reasons) yet still they tell me they will not allow me to return it for a refund as all dresses arw made to order. Hmm absolute scandle! Thankfully the dress wasn't that expensive, but even so!

DKNothing to complaine about - All is well! It was pretty clear to me, that it is a non danish site, due to the vocabulary. The site is very easy to navigate in, and I read about everything, specificily the return policy, before ordering. By experience I know when ordering outside Europe, there will be charged tax fee at delivery, but it was a suprise to me that it was smaller amount than I expected (240dkk), so I'm very pleased. I found my self a dress, ordred it, and got it earlier than expectet. During the making and delivering DRESSFIRST continusly informed me on the steps in the process. The dress is wonderful, good quality and nice fabric though it is a little big, but I knew it might be to big, coz rather too big, than too small, so I'll just take it to my local tailor who can make it fit. I'm very satisfied, and pleased with my purchase.

GBBEWARE BEWARE We ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding. The color is NOT at all what is pictured on the website. They were only willing to issue us a 10% refund for this issue. The sizes also run VERY small. They were unwilling to exchange for size and had more of a "you ordered that size, it's your problem" mentality. There was also an extremely visible area of frayed material along the sash that they did not address at all during our countless back and forth messages just to issue a simple exchange. In summary, NOT accurate product to what you see on website, tedious and impossible return policy, no concern for customer satisfaction.

DKDress last ! To cut a long story short they have no idea of how European shoe sizes are or what requirements European customs authorities might have. Ordered a pair of dancing shoes size 39, without knowing that they would be sent from China and that I, therefore, might have to pay (high) import fees. The shoes were too small (a size 38 I would assume, maybe smaller). Dress First has no "Satisfaction or pay back guarantee" but offered a discount on a new order, which I was stupid enough to accept. This second package was retained by the Danish customs authorities because the documentation sent with the shoes didn't mention, as required, the price and supplier address. Dress First *refused* to provide an invoice with the supplier address. All the time they write that they are very sorry but this is the service you get.
